Corporate Meetings

ATM-GBS sponsors the entire class to attend National Level conferences at various five star hotels so that the students are able to interact with the companies and be able to understand the corporate culture.

Group Discussions (Gds)

Students are provided with ample opportunities to articleticipate in GDs and Interviews. They regularly interact with other members in their teams while discussing topics of general interest. These GDs are closely supervised and expert feedback is provided to each student. This helps to develop the leadership skills and boosts the overall confidence of student managers.

Industrial Internship

All the students enrolled in regular full time programs in Management, Information Technology, Commerce & Hotel Management have to join industry after the second semester for 3 days per week and the industry pays stipend to the student during internship, so a post graduate student gets one year of work experience and an under graduate gets two years of work experience on completion of the course.

Teaching Through Management Oriented Movies

ATM-GBS tries to bridge the gap between theory and practice, through discussion of the movies like Lagaan, Chak De India and many more movies which illustrate practical aspects of leadership and other managerial traits which every business management student should be aware of and imbibe in his practical day to day business handling.

Case Study Method

Experience is the best teacher and the case study method packs more experience into every hour of learning than any other instructional approach. Case studies challenge students by bringing them as close as possible to business situations.
