Program Overview:

This program caters to the needs of working professionals who aim to develop cutting edge managerial skills, while continuing their career, it is a specialized Program that provides a scientific approach to business decision-making in today’s dynamic and competitive international business environment. It also focuses on experiential learning through an optimum mix of lectures, discussions, case studies, role-plays, group discussions, presentations & special sessions by senior professionals from the industry.

The basic thrust will be on learning organizational dynamics in the context of global business environment. This would help participants to focus on acquiring skills to adopt internationally benchmarked management tools and its implementation practices.

A healthy blend of both theoretical and practical Inputs in the classroom environment is designed to impart the theoretical knowledge reinforced through the case study approach. The take home assignments require the students to work on the concepts taught in the classroom. This programme will also be supplemented with few lectures by industry experts on current issues and industry trends to gain the pragmatic perspective.
