Program Overview

Today's challenging economic climate calls for multifaceted leaders who have a more holistic view of business, who can spot emerging opportunities, and who can navigate through periods of decline as well as growth. In response, this program helps participants master new skills, explore diverse perspectives, and develop new leadership styles—transforming them into outstanding business leaders who have the judgment, confidence, and skills to lead their organizations in all economic environments.

Individual courses will give participants the knowledge needed to work cross-functionally within the organization and become more skilled in the basics of business management.

Who Should Attend

  • Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed.
  • Graduates (10+2+3) in any discipline with min. 50% marks [aggregate - considering results of all years (e.g. 3 or 4 together)] recognized by UGC/AICTE.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience (full-time paid employment) post completion of graduation as on Application Closure Date.
  • Students will be shortlisted based on their eligibility of their application forms and
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP) submitted along with their application form and selected on the basis of their performance in the Entrance Test.
  • Selection process is solely at the discretion of the Institute.
